is a deliciously marinated brisket roast
cooked in its own juice and brine, served with a
mushroom sauce.
*Beef
Rouladen is a large thinly sliced steak, rolled and
stuffed
with German pickles, onions, westphalia ham, bacon,
browned and
cooked in a mushroom sour cream gravy. |
DINNERS:
At Honey Bear Campground you have an
opportunity to eat freshly prepared German food.
Dinner is served in a large dining room. Guests
need to be seated by 6 p.m. and then will each serve
themselves at the buffet. The menu varies each
night. Meals will usually cost between $12.95 and
$14.95. Great German food in an invigorating
community atmosphere!
Open every night except Monday and Tuesday during our busy
season, on weekends in the 'shoulder' season, and with
prior arrangement January thru April. This is a
unique experience not to be missed!
 Live music is performed each evening. Beer and
wine are available. We do accept Visa and
MasterCard. Our German Deli is open during these
dining hours.
Dance, sing-a-long, and relax
each evening at Honey Bear Campground and RV Resort.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
We are pleased to assist at any time of year with your
Special Events! We have a large dining room, an
excellent kitchen, and a country setting near the ocean
and beach. Your guests will be pleased. Call and
